This website is operated by Tim Dolan, a unit owner at 2626 N Lakeview Ave, Chicago, IL 60614, on behalf of the Resident Action Coalition. It exists solely to inform and organize fellow unit owners regarding building governance and special assessments.
Information We Collect
This site is a collection of static HTML pages. We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, analytics platforms, or any third-party services that collect data.
The sign-up form on this site works by opening your default email application with a pre-filled message. When you submit the form, no data is sent to a server or stored in a database. The information you provide is transmitted only through your own email client to the contact address listed on the form.
Information We Do Not Collect

- No analytics or visitor tracking (no Google Analytics, no server logs retained)
- No advertising identifiers
- No IP address logging by this site

How Your Information Is Used
If you choose to send an email through the sign-up form, the information you provide (name, unit number, professional background, and any other details you include) will be used exclusively for coordinating resident action at 2626 N Lakeview Ave. Specifically:
